Dear Sir:
I would like to ask you permission, because me and my
class will be going on an educational fieldtrip at the ( place to
visit ). This is of course in relation to our lesson, I would like also
ask for a school service for use to secure the safety our
students. We the field trip will be held on September 4, 2014.
We would also like ask for your assistance in securing the safety
of our students.
