SGS has little experience working in Pakistan's power industry, having only conducted inspections for one thermal power plant project. Their proposal for man-days on the current wind power project is questioned as needing more justification. Clarification is also sought on whether SGS has experience working with NTDC or WAPDA previously, as well as experience with substation pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. SGS is asked to provide more details on their work for the Ghazi-Barotha Hydro project and man-day rates for Pakistani professionals are said to be slightly high. Any changes to start/end dates would not change the financial proposal per the EPA.
