KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, DESEDERIO VILLABITO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married, and a resident of Western
Poblacion, Hilongos, Leyte, for and in consideration of the sum of SIX THOUSAND PESOS (P6,000.00),
Philippine currency, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, to my entire satisfaction, do by these presents
hereby sell, transfer, and convey, in a manner absolute and irrevocable, unto ROLANDO A. PACHECO, of legal
age, Filipino, married, and a resident of Pontod, Hilongos, Leyte, his heirs and assigns, that certain property,
more particularly described as follows, to wit:
One (1) unit Pedicab with Plate No. 110, painted with yellow color
of which property, I am the sole, exclusive, and lawful owner;
That included in this sale is the right to its franchise, which I hereby transfer to the buyer, subject to the
approval of the franchising agency;
That I hereby warrant valid title, and possession of the property herein sold and conveyed, against all
claims of third persons, and I further declare that the same are free from all liens and encumbrances of any kind
whatsoever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand at Hilongos, Leyte, Philippines on this 15th day
of January, 2013.
