Introduction of the Application


a. An application that allows user to compute for different financial problems naming:
Amortization, Depreciation, Future value, investment, and pay back period.
b. Purposes/ Objectives of the Application
- To calculate for the periodic payment necessary to provide lender with a
specific interest return a loan principal over a specific period and create a table
for it
- To calculate the amount of earned money based on the compound interest
computed periodically
- To calculate the reduction in the value of an asset with the passage of time.
To calculate how long we can settle for a certain amount of monthly payment
at a certain interest rate.
