Happy First Birthday

Much has been accomplished this rst year at the Prayer and
Meditaon Center.
It is wonderful to hear how peoples lives has been changed
through their me of meditaon with Quiet Moments.

A New Name: Have you noced? Our name

was changed from Prayer and Meditaon Center to Quiet Moments Prayer and Meditaon
Training Center. The new name reects two
important aspects of this Life Group: 1. It is a
quiet place. Although we are very much aware
that there will be mes when the spirit of the
Lord will move and our me together will be
anything, but quiet. However, we would like
everyone to connue to be as quiet as possible during the me when we are mediang
(no moans, groans, conversaons (unless you
are trying to get the leaders a3enon. You are
welcome to take the conversaon into the
kitchen or near the front door area). 2. The
name reects who we are a training center.
Which means you will be asked from me to
me to parcipate in praying aloud, sharing
what the Lord is telling you and possibly head
up the group. We expect most if not all will
eventually move from this place into other
areas of ministry that the Lord will lead them
into. That being said, we count it an honor
and privilege to help you get there.

Past Events and Gatherings

Field Trips: Field trips can be somemes
be a sacrice to a3end; yet those of you
who have a3ended will agree with me as
I say they have been LIFE ALTERING!
A?er each eld trip I can say, I will never
be the same again.
PMTCs Gatherings: So far we have had
two gatherings aside from our weekly
soaking sessions: Christmas and Summer
Cookout. We had our rst Christmas
gathering not long a?er we began PMTC
when our numbers were few. Although
most out of the few were not able to
a3end the gathering was sll nice and
inmate. By the me summer came we
had grown a bit and many were able to
a3end our summer gathering with our
guest speaker, food, fellowship and
SOAKING! From new beginnings unl
now our gatherings has been wonderful;
and because our Lord is commi3ed to
doing exceedingly, abundantly above all
we can ask or think and because every
round goes higher and higher I have to
believe that our future gatherings will be
