Re: Bayley Kohl
| had the pleasure of being a mentor to Bayley in the City of St. Catharines Enterprise
Centre — Summer Company program from June to August, 2014. At the mentoring
‘meetings students, including Bayley, would indicate the progress oftheir businesses
over the summer months, and the mentors (business people from the community) would
offer words of advice and feedback to the students as to how they could Improve their
respective businesses and increase revenues.
During the meetings, Bayley impressed me as someone who was entrepreneurial in
nature and eager to make her selt-owned business succeed. When presented with
recommendations from the mentors panel, she eageriy followed up with the suggestions
that were made and reported back at the next scheduled meeting.
Although my involvement and interactions with Bayley were limited, she strikes me as a
person who acts very responsibly and takes her work seriously.
Sincerely,
