Dear Sir,

Subj: Confirmation letter for extension of Performance Bank Guarantee of number

for a period of 3 months to cover warranty period.
Ref: P.O. No. 2500006734 dated 27.09.2013

With reference to the above subject, we confirm that this above mentioned bank guarantee
shall be extended suitably to cover the warranty period which is as 36 months from the date of invoice.
As per our present agreement with bank we shall not be able to issue guarantees with validity
more than July 2017, however we here by undertake to extend the validity of the guarantee for a
further period of 3 months once the above BG will be nearing to expiry to cover warranty period.
