Personnel and staffing will include 5 senior members of TI to provide guidance and
management over their groups. Groups are comprised of 8 interns who shall be
responsible for running most of the foundation of this project. All personnel will
receive their respective salaries as appointed by TI. For participating in this project,
they shall receive bonus pay.

Our sponsors include University of Texas at Dallas and FedEx who will serve as
helping hands in this project. UTD has volunteered to host the event at no charge. All
accommodations will be at their own expense and budget plan. We anticipate them to
receive publicity and recognition that shall increase their popularity as a potential
destination for the prospective students.

FedEx is providing all printing and office supplies which include paper advertisements,
poster boards, writing utensils, etc. They have also agreed to their sponsorship at no
charge.

Advertisements are composed of locally-broadcasted commercials and radio

announcements. These will create awareness for our event and serve as our main form
of publicity.

We estimate that one person will travel to participating on two occasions:

1. To introduce the event and raise awareness
2. To evaluate each schools development

Prizes include the prestigious grand prize by UTD to fund the students studies in the
field of STEM. Premium-grade laptops and TI Special Edition Calculators will be
provided to the remaining students respectively.

A full computer lab upgrade will be awarded to the fairs most recognized school. We
estimate that the funds will be enough to purchase high-tier technology and
components.
