Main responsibilities:
Word processing, copying letters, reports and documents relating to the
activities of the moving companies
Preparing documents using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel,
Outlook, PowerPoint)
Taking and drafting minutes and notes
Answering phone calls, taking messages and greeting visitors
Maintaining adequate stocks of stationary and supplies and keeping the
storage areas tidy
