4. SDLC (SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT

LIFE CYCLE), CURRICULUM
VITAE

The developers used Visual Studio 2010 for

designing the user interface and also for the
source code of the system and we also made use
of MySQL for the database that stores necessary
data.

4.1 Requirements Analysis

4.1.1 Planning

Planning for the system, the researchers first

gathered information from the staff of the
benefactor to know which part of their system
will need adjustments and improvements. The
researchers also asked the benefactor regarding
how they manage their products from when it is
imported to them until how the pricing is
managed by the client.

4.1.5 Operation
The researchers will conduct operation tests to
verify that the system satisfies the requirements of
the users. This test is intended to developed a
system approved by the user.

4.1.6 Maintenance

The researchers will conduct maintenance once

the system is complete and the bugs will be
fixed after ward

4.1.2 Analysis

According to the Development of Integrated

Supply Chain Management System for Lils
Hobby Center the system is designed for easy
organization of information for products and
staff members of Lils hobby center. This
system is designed for the user to have easy
access in any information based on their
product.

4.1.3 Designing

The software design is made for the user to have

no constraints in using manual management and
it is also designed to user friendly so the user
will consider using the system most of the time.

Software
Development

Also, the design is achieved by understanding

the specific needs of the user from the Planning,
the processing of data can be easily understood
for the users convenience. Every sub system
has a place in the design, and every sub system
is divided for specific use.
