I am applying for the Graduate Assistant Athletic Training Position and the Post-Professional Graduate program
at Texas State University. I found out about the position and program through the NATA website. I will graduate
from East Texas Baptist University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Athletic Training in May and would like
to pursue my education at the graduate level.
During my four years at East Texas Baptist University, I had many experiences. My experiences included field
preparation, assessment, prevention, management, and rehabilitation of injuries as well as taping athletes and
attending practices and games. Clinical practicums during my senior year included volleyball, baseball, tennis,
and my senior sport softball.
