This week we are learning:

Circle Time Review
This week in Circle Time the students
will be reviewing vegetables: Tomato,
cucumber, chilli, Carrot, broccoli,
potato, pea, pumpkin and mushroom,
to help the students remember some
of the vocabulary the students will
sing the song Do you like Broccoli
Ice cream This also helps to
reinforce the sentence structures
about like and dislikes which we can
discuss with all the vegetables
taught.

Tuesday- Snail Words-Speak
slowly like a snail to understand
blended words. Put letters on snail.
Sing If You Think You Know This
Word with given words.
Wednesday - writing practice
Colour me alphabet sheet letter e.
Thursday - Crocodile Lake. Lay
out flashcards as stepping stones.
Have the students start on one side
of the lake and take turns to cross
to the other side. When they step
on a card they must say the
vocabulary. Add drama by adding
crocodiles in the water.

Games: Matching game match the shapes to the correct shape.

New (letters/sounds/vocabulary)
This week we will Review the letters c/k, e, h, r, m, d and blend these sounds into
2 letter sounds: ad, am, et, en, ic/ik, im and ha.
