10. Eligibility criteria:

Any qualified public or private organizations or units and any person could apply for the membership.
To be qualified for Forum membership it should be:.

Organization or unit has to engaged or involved in the field of SMTQ activities.

A Person must have acquired at least Master's or equivalent degree with the experience of minimum of five years active
involvement/ participation in the field of SMTQ.
11. Payment details:
The application form should be duly filled in and returned to the SMTQ Forum Nepal Office with the annual membership
fee of Rs. 1000.00(One thousand). The fee mentioned here is for one year only (Srawan to Ashad month of Nepali
Fiscal Year). Membership is not transferable and must be renewed within 30 days of expiry; otherwise it will be invalid.
