MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP
The ability to work in teams and lead the team towards a wanted goal is crucial. I can create a strong imprint among a
group to show I can take charge while showing the members of the team a generosity to not imply a feeling of tyranny
over them.
SALES
Sales has been a very large aspect in the jobs I have had. At Home Depot I was responsible for sales of multiple
thousands of dollars at times. At Gap the sales are not nearly as large but they still create a great influence on the store.
COMMUNICATION
A strong confident voice is what is needed for a good salesman. I have the ability to approach a customer with a
positivity about the product to create a wanted environment so the customer feels comfortable and develops desire for
the product.

Experience
SALES ASSOCIATE | THE HOME DEPOT | OCTOBER 2013-MAY 2014
I worked in the hardware section of the store where all of the large and expensive tools are located. My job was to assist
customers with any help on questions about the products such as features, warranties, recommendations, and best
suited tools for what they needed. Selling was the main idea but was not necessarily focused on selling the largest
amount, but helping the customer feel so satisfied with their purchase that they want to come back in to shop for more
at our specific location because of the great service we provided.

At Gap I served as an all-around associate, working the sales floor, the stock room and mostly the register. A large
portion of my time is spent at the register due to my ability to sell items easily. At Gap, one of the goals is to sell the
