Escrip/Shares Card:
Currently we are looking for someone to
coordinate the Escrip program. Rose Weskamp has been overseeing
the Shares Card through SaveMart which has been very successful to
our monthly income. Our average for this program is roughly $600$700/month. We will continue to push the Shares card through our
website, Cougar News and having it available at Conference Week.
These cards are specifically assigned to ACMS so there is no paperwork
involved to register or update the organization of choice.
Box Tops & Ink Cartridges: Rose Weskamp will continue to oversee
the Box Tops and Ink Cartridges fundraiser. We will run the Box Top
contest during the month of October and submit by the November first
deadline.
Micro Tournament: Previous discussions of the micro tournament
was set for the fall 2014, but does not seems feasible at this point.
Suggestions were made to have it indoors during the month of January.
We could hold futsol, volleyball or basketball and have it open to all
families. Heather Urrea Sullivan will follow through with the ELAC
group and get their input.
Additional fundraiser:
It was suggested that listing ACMS on
Smile.Amazon or Facebook was another way to receive funds for ACMS.
