Take it Back

You never chose to confess.

Never wanted to blazon.
My living in ignorance though,
may have been better.

This harmless act

has manifested into uncertainty.
Yourself,
a curio,
that I want to call only mine.
Sharing such a find
is beyond even my own
selfless nature.

It has turned me into

a greedy collector.
Ready to pilfer,
to stingily hold others away
at a twelve foot long
arm's length.

I feel they want you too.

To derogate out of my arms.
To deprave our
sugar glass like union.

It is so fragile,
eager to crack,
and then be devoured
by our foe chance.
My only wish,
is that you
could take it back.
