Thank you for attending the Association of American University Executives &
Friends annual meeting. The AAUEF values your participation in this years Tahitian
retreat. We are sorry to hear that you experienced such difficulties upon your
departure.
Our event staff at the AAUEF works diligently to make sure we address any concerns
our members might have. Unfortunately, the travelers insurance purchased by the
AAUEF does not include liability for any of our members lost or damaged items.
Therefore, we are unable to compensate you for your damaged luggage. However,
we would like to waive your upcoming membership renewal fee of $350 for your
inconvenience.
Again, we thank your for your involvement in the AAUEF. We value your
membership and contributions to the Association. We hope that you understand our
