Teamwork: TEAM = Together Everyone Achieves More. Team work is when a group of
individual shares a common goal to finish a task. Its the best way to get things done.
Everyone comes together, shares together, works together, and succeeds together.

Perseverance: To never give up. As Dale Carnegie once said, Dont be afraid to give
your best to what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you
that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of
themselves. When you set a certain goal, you should always follow through with it by
accomplishing it, because the end results will be well worth it.

Honesty: Honesty is the best policy. Always stay truthful. Honesty builds solid working
relationships with internal and external customers.

Kulia i ka nuu: To strive for the highest. Always put your best effort in everything that
you do, so that you can walk away with satisfaction knowing that youve done all you
can.

Aloha: Affection, love, peace, compassion, and mercy. When you are passionate in
what youre doing, you will show aloha to everyone you work with. Aloha is an attitude
and it contains guidelines to help us in our lives.

Ohana: Family. We should respect each and every individual, and treat our fellow
colleagues and customers that we work with as family.
