    The Honorable ‘Transport Minister Govt. of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh Bangladesh Secretariat, Dhaka Subject: My thought for the progress of transport vehicle. With proper respect for your kind information, I informing that, 1 em a driver, since 30 years driving car. Specially in the Dhaka Town there occurred various type jam for car movement and have to weit in the jam hour and hour. So that with the problem of public imported fule/gas misuses. So to solve above jam and fuel according to my 30 years experiences I hereby submit my own a few thought. In the four road circle, if there can build small u turning fly ‘over then there will not femain any Jam in our country. Besides this there require one bridge, u turning flyover and foot over bridge alongwith if build then we don't have to fall in jam. If there bulld u turning flyover there any car can't turn right side. Where flyover remain there have to 0 and u turn. So our jam will decrease. 1, If there built u turning flyover road cut i-lard have to close, then everyone will use u turning flyover. If there built u turning flyover all the road of our nation will Be one way. In the highway road after ten to twenty km if there built u- turning then jam will not remain and road accident will be less. So that any mother will not lost her son, any father will not lost his son. 2. In our country only jam and accident occurred for L-turning. In the four road circle, if there can built u turning flyaver then at one 14 care can go continously. If buitt small flyover then there will not require traffic police. If built small u turning flyover nations financial progress will be succeed and in the short time vehicle will go to one to another, so that there will be benefit for society and state. At present the conditions of the: nation, so at emergency basis there require to built u turning flyover. From various’ district long distance truck, covered van, lorry can’t move at day, at night jam increases huge so that, one car one district to enother district to reach there require 3-4 days time. If built u turning flyover then above cars can move at day. At this conditions flyover is @ demand of time and I consider so. . 3. If there built u turning flyover there will remain bus, stoppage upon the bridge, left sided car will stop upon the bridge and passenger will left/down and right sided car will move. Down cars.stoppage will be at downward. Down cars if have to L turning then go to down and at the left sided and upto bridges and there will be L turning, U turning flyover bridge, foot over bridge, left Poe stoppage and public toilet remain then general public will get the benefit and our time will save. Between 20 km time will take only 20-25 minute. At present there have ‘to wait hour and hour and as per my- plan if there built the bridge time will rescue a lot. 4. In our country we have no public toilet. Small u turning fiyover/foot over bridge and public toilet there built at a place then there will not occurred our any problem. In one four road circle, some one’u-turning, some one L-turning, some ‘one go straight, someone go left, in that case seemed that, in one road car start rest three road have to stop. For that cause, a severe jam occurred. In this case, u turning fly over built 4(four) roads car can move alongwith. 5. All passenger bus have to two door. With behind door passenger will lift up and with front road passenger will go down. Then quickly can liftup and go down. Small u turning flyover bridge will be high as four country’s footover bridge and for that sided any tower will not be hampered. In special some places only four road circle, flyover (except u turn) it is require to built. 6. Traffic police brother don't require to duty against the jam by wetting in the rain, suffering from sunny hot days. They like as developed country as visit police, they will perform their duty. Small flyover only for public welfare so that there will be increase the beautification of country and nations goodwill will - come, 7. Except the approval all the vehicle, rickshaw, van etc. can declare as*null and void then jam will decrease a lot. It is also mentioned that, it is requested to all:the honorable Engineers of transport to consider the above concept with too much sympathy.
