Summary
In the METC Basic BMET course I have demonstrated hard work and leadership. Being the
Class Leader, I have maintained a 97% average and helped my classmates understand each topic
and excel when we had hands-on practice on the equipment. Because of this, my class has not
lost a single person because of academic failure. With my experience in the automotive industry,
I have learned to be detail oriented and be a fast problem solver. The owners of Express Auto
saw that I was quick to get work done and was able to have a high turn around rate on all of the
work orders I was given. Due to the quality of my work, I was promoted to Shop Foreman after
working there for only 4 months.
