IRELAND STAPLETON NAMES TYSON DIRECTOR

DENVER (January 7, 2010) – The Denver-based law firm, Ireland Stapleton Pryor &
Pascoe, PC, names Kimberley H. Tyson director.

Tyson’s practice focuses on bankruptcy, workouts and related commercial

litigation. She will continue to work with secured and unsecured creditors in
Chapter 7, 11 and 13 proceedings. Additionally, she represents Chapter 7 trustees
as well as individuals appointed under Chapter 11 plans of reorganization to
perform the duties of a Chapter 7 trustee.

Tyson is a former law clerk to Judge John K. Pearson of the United States
Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas and to Judge Jerry G. Elliott of the
Kansas Court of Appeals. She earned her juris doctorate from the University of
Kansas.
