Consider some "what ifs" as you create your guide:

1. What if I get an email with a flame, spam, or hoax
2. What if a friend sends an email, or with attachment, that makes you
uncomfortable
3. What if you get a "gut feeling" that something about the email or question
you are asked makes you uncomfortable

1. Mark the email as spam so it doesnt alert the user that the email was a real
one so they wouldnt send any more spam email.
2. Talk to them about it so they wont send anymore, also, dont open the
email.
3. Tell them you are uncomfortable and dont answer the question or open the
email.
