Consider some "what ifs"as you create your guide:

1. What if I get an email with a flame, spam, or hoax
2. What if a friend sends an email, or with attachment, that makes you uncomfortable
3. What if you get a"gut feeling" that something about the email or question you are asked makes
you uncomfortable

1. Mark the email that was sent as spam so it does not alert the user if anymore come through

2. Ask them to stop sending you emails, and dont open the email

3.Dont answer the question and dont open the email
