Dear Jennifer:
I am pleased to have the opportunity to recommend you for an entry-level RN position
and/or for further education. You have been consistent, reliable, and self-directed in your
learning throughout the four semesters of the program.
I had the opportunity to serve as your primary classroom instructor in your first Adult Health
course. You were generally well-prepared, professional and thoughtful in your demeanor.
Because of your education and experience as a health care professional, the class often
looked to you for guidance. You assisted in bringing a license and registered dietician that
provided additional breadth and depth to the course with respect to the concept of nutrition.
Your suggestion to improve student learning has continued in the course.
You have continued to maintain a high GPA in addition to maintaining employment. You
also volunteer with the Student Nurse Association and have recently been selected as a
bone marrow donor.
In summary, I recommend you for an entry-level RN position. I also highly recommend you
continue with your education to at least the masters level.
