Dear Professor Teresa Allen:

Thank you for contacting the Association of American University Executives &
Friends (AAEUF) regarding the incident that occurred at Tahiti Hilton Hotel. We
encourage our members to reach out to us whenever they have any pressing
concerns. It is our goal to ensure that our members are properly taken care of.

As you know, we hold our annual meeting at the Tahiti Hilton Hotel, a venue we
choose each year because of quality service and primarily, affordability. It has come
to our immediate attention that your personal belongings have been damaged and
your valuables have been exposed during your stay. Although we strongly believe in
making your stay the best, your request to compensate for your Gucci suitcase
cannot be accommodated at this time.

In return, please allow us to waive your future membership fee for the 2014-2015
year. We hope you choose to remain with AAEUF. Each member is a valuable asset
and we strive to address all concerns that occur.

We thank you again for contacting us with your concerns. We look forward to
continuing working with you. It is our main goal to grow and improve continuously.
