Teotihuacn

(500 B.C.-750 A.D.)

In the center of Teotihuacn City were built the pyramids of the Sun and Moon, the Temple of
Quetzalcoatl and the highway of the Dead; around these buildings, the palaces of the priests and
rulers, who were attending more than one hundred thousand people. Outside of the center, the
city was divided into four sectors, where artisans, warriors, farmers, traders and common people
lived.
