1) The Buyer agrees to provide a loving environment, prompt medical attention, proper grooming and
responsible care. This includes keeping pup up to date with vaccinations, wormings and proper nutrition.
2) The Seller guarantees this puppy/dog to be of sound health at the time of sale. A health record of
shots and/or worming will be provided by the Seller. *** Breeder will not be responsible for Parvo,
Distemper or Corona virus after 72 hours of sale. Second vaccination not to be given any sooner than
st
2wks after 1 shot.
3) The Buyer has 5 days from time of sale to have to the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian , if
the vet finds any congenital birth defects or any life threating conditions, then buyer is to contact seller
and return pup with registration papers and health record within 48 hours with statement from vet, for a
replacement pup of equal value, if no pup available within 3months then a refund will be given for
purchase price of pup.*Under no circumstances will the Seller be responsible for shipping cost,

veterinary or medical bills incurred.

4) Warranty does not cover: parasites, ear infections or hernias .

5) 1yr warranty for congenital birth defects is limited to the heart , lungs and liver.
6) If Buyer can no longer retain possession of the pup and cant find a good home then buyer may
contact the seller for advice and possible return of pup/dog.
7) Registration papers will either be provided at time of sale of the puppy or transferred to the buyer
upon receipt if they are still being processed.
