Functional limitations. Depending upon the type of orthopedic impair-
ment, the student may have one or several functional limitations that can
affect school performance: a) motot limitations, b) restricted communica-
tion, c) fatigue and endurance limitations, d) health factors, ¢) experiential
deficits and concept development problems, f) neurocognitive impairments,
and g) interactional effects of additional disabilities,
