Dear State Central Member,

Thank you for your support of my run for Lt. Governor of

New Mexico. I was humbled, everyday, by the sincerity
of New Mexicans across the state - for our candidates, for
our party, and for our citizens. I want nothing more than
to continue to fight side-by-side with you to ensure that
our working families, workers, and teachers have a
chance at success, which is why I'm calling on you now
to help me win for the state that we all love.

After the 2014 Mid-Term Elections, one thing was clear;

we have work to do if we are going to come back strong
in 2016 and defend our State Senators and take backour
State House.

Thats why I have decided to run for State Chair of the

Democratic Party of New Mexico.
We must build bridges in our communities, capitalize on
our strengths andfocus on winning elections. I am not
one to sit idle, nor will I speculate on what went wrong
this past election, orcriticize anyone for what they did or
didn't do. I see that many Houseraces were lost by
300-400 votes, and all I know is that those seats belong to
Democrats.

One way of ensuring that Democrats occupy those seats

in 2016 is to bring us all to the table. Every county in our

state is important, and I intend to involve us all for the

good of our future. I plan on putting my knowledge and
experience to good use for our Party, and I hope I can
count on your support for State Party Chair.

I look forward to speaking with you personally. I will call
