I believe that everyone has his or her own fate in life, but that fate is not predestined to what

way
they would end up. Like how people can incessantly strive forward after failures to succeed, it is not
always destiny that shapes our achievements but the tenacity in approaching success that helps us
emerge out from failure to a better outcome. Some people take advantage of the opportunities they
have to empower themselves into better people and outcomes while others chose to throw away these
chances and end up doing badly. As an immigrant with a tough restart in life, I started out later than my
native friends in everything but the quality of tenacity has held me aware of my place and helped me
overcome these challenges successfully.
At the beginning of the journey of settling a strong foothold in this wonderland, I come to observe
and acquire strong-willed tenacity. I at first struggled with English which I never got to hear or with the
way everything here works which is the absolute opposite to my traditional conventions. Getting
accustomed to this new is an absolute challenge. In my early years at school, I was a total outcast not

relax and enjoy traveling with their families, I checked out books from library and studied till late every
night. In free time, I practiced speaking English and pronouncing through phonics. I was fixated with
getting better and my hard work eventually was paid off. That following year, I was able to make friends
on the school playground and contribute my thoughts in class. Ive gotten better. Destiny gave me to
come to America with a new restart but it doesnt shape my success later on in life. My tenacity has
helped me overcome adapting challenge early on and equipped me with a confident and persistent
mindset ready to tackle any challenge with never-ending effort and I feel proud about this.
I have been tenacious in everything I do and it is always a regular basis that I treat my work with
effort as the key to perfection. Tenacity always plays a big part in my life in shaping the person I am
being able to adapt to any situation with positivity through
