Needle: size 1/2.25mm Top Down:

Yarn: Fingerling, 10 yards Cast on 20 sts in round, leaving a long string to make
Chain loop.
Toe Up: Row 1-10: *K2, P2,* Repeat between *s around.
Using your favorite toe up cast on, Cast on 10 sts. Row: 11-12:K
Row 1: K Heel: Place 10 sts on one needle. You will be knitting
Row 2: K1, M1, K3, M1, K1, Twice. back and forth over this needle for the heel.
Row 3: K Do the Heel in the same manner as the Toe up Heel.
Row 4: K1, M1, K5, M1, K1, Twice. Foot:
Row 5-6: K Row 1-10: K
Row 7: K4, M1, K5, Twice. Row 11:K4, K2tog, K4, Twice.
Row 8-17: K Row 12: K
Heel: Place 10 sts on one needle. You will be Row 13: K1, K2tog, K3, K2tog, K1, Twice.
knitting back and forth over this needle for the heel. Row 14: K
Row 1: SL1, K8, Turn. Row 15: K1, K2tog, K1, K2tog, K1, Twice.
Row 2: P8, Turn Row 16: K
Row 3: SL1, K7, Turn. Row 17: K2tog around. (5sts)
Row 4: SL1, P6, Turn. Pull loop through all sts and tie off. Weave in end.
Row 5: SL1, K5, Turn.
Row 6: SL1, P4, Turn.
Row 7: SL1, K2, *SL1 to right needle Pick up Purl
bump from next st. SL both onto Left Needle and
KtogBL,Turn*.
Row 8: SL1, P2, *SL1 to right needle Pick up Purl
bump from next st. SL both onto Left Needle and
Ptog,Turn*
Row 9: SL1, K3, Repeat between *s on row 7.
Row 10: SL1, P4, Repeat between *s on row 8.
Row 11: SL1, K5, Repeat between *s on row 7.
Row 12: SL1, P6, Repeat between *s on row 8.
Row 13: Pick up Purl bump from the last stitch on
the other needle KtogBL, K8, SL1 on right needle,
pick up purl bump from last st on other needle
KtogBL.
Heel is turned. You will now go back to knitting in
the round.
Leg:
Row 1-2: K
Row 3-12: *K2, P2,* Repeat between *s around.
Bind off loosely.
Crochet a chain before cutting yarn then tie end into
sock to make a loop.
