Know your TITANIUM CREDIT CARD

Please remember:

Sign with a black ballpoint pen on the signature panel on the

reverse of your Card(s) immediately, to prevent any possible
misuse.

Keep a photocopy of the front and back of your Card for your
records, after you have signed on the signature panel.

Activate your Card, by calling us on 800 4049 from anywhere

in the UAE.

Your Card is valid for an initial period of 2 years. Cardholders

in good standing will receive a renewed card for the next
membership period before the Expires End date on the
Card is reached.

Inform us of any changes in your particulars recorded with

us, such as change of address, telephone numbers, etc. as
soon as possible.

Inform the Bank in the event of any change in your

job/business immediately.

Quote your 16 digit Card account number in all

correspondence and payments.

To request additional Supplementary Card(s), just call

04 - 213 00 00.
