[Bayshore Baptist Church at 6502 14th St W, Bradenton, Manatee County, F. Manatee County Sheriffs Ofice Deputies and
[Manatee County EMS reepondedtto the soone. The frst deputy arrived st 1:22 pm where the vc, James Bat Il, was
located inthe court yard in ron ofthe church ofcesufenng from mulole gunshot wounds. Manatee Counly EMS anived
Jon ssene end pronounces the decedent 1:29 m_Youraffant and Detective D. Davis responded tothe scene. Detective
[D_Davis interviewed the victims wile. Mrs. Joy Bate who sisod the falling underoath
at around 1235 pm the defendant, ANDRES AVALOS JR arved at Bayshore Baptist Church After eniving at hs location
[ne detencent entered the business office ofthe church where he sat and talked with Mrs. Bate, Mrs. Bate an the
|etendantaked for approximately twenty minutes. Mrs, Bate sited hal the defendant was rambling on about how the
[wore was evi. The vim called his wif atthe church offs to check on her and Mrs. Bate advised him thst the defendant
was present tne ofc.
The wit arved shortly theater and was approaching the ofice. The defendant exited the ofice and slammed the doo |
