argument shall be expanded to a total of sixty (60) minutes;
IT 1S FURTHER ORDERED that petitioner shall be allocated thirty (30)
minutes for oral argument to be divided between opening and rebuttal in
petitioner's discretion;
ITS FURTHER ORDERED that respondent and intervenor-respondent
shall be allocated a combined thirty (30) minutes for oral arguinent to be divided
by agreement of their counsel;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the motion for leave to present oral
argument by amicus curiae Republican Party of New Mexico is DENIED;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing set for Monday, December
8, 2014, at 1]:00 a.m. is VACATED and reset for Wednesday, December 10,
2014, at 9:00 a.m.; and
IT 1S FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall file a joint status
report with this Court on or before Wednesday, December 10,2014, at 8:00
a.m. to notify the Court whether the petition will be dismissed or to identify the
issues that wil] need to be resolved at the hearing.
