1) THREE MODULES SHALL BE CLOSED TO EACH OTHER ON AN ALIGNED ERECTION


PLATFORM OR ON AN ALIGNED CONCRETE GROUND.

1) MODULE-A WILL REMAIN WITH ONLY BOTTOM FRAME. (IF START WITH MODULE-A, SEQUENCE IS MODULE-A , B & C. IF START WITH MODULE-C, SEQUENCE IS MODULE-C, B & A).
2) UNWELDED LIFTING LUGS OF THREE MODULES SHALL BE WELDED TO INDICATED LOCATIONS SHOWN AT I-DE-9525.03-3216-550-WB7-259 NUMBERED DWG.

1) MODULE-B SHALL BE LIFTED UP & FRAME SHALL BE PULLED.


2) MODULE-B SHALL BE MOUNTED ON MODULE-A.
3) MODULE-A & MODULE-B SHALL BE ALIGNED & FIT BY TACK WELD TO EACH OTHER ALL
AROUND.

15) N5, N6 & N37 nozzles shall be cut before installation and welded after the
granulator is anchored.

1) MODULE-C SHALL BE TURNED.

WPS - 01

IN ORDER TO ROTATE THE MODULE, EACH OF THE TWO CRANES SHALL LIFT SIMULTANEOUSLY THE TWO OPPOSING SIDES OF MODULE 3 USING ONLY ONE LIFTING LUG ON EACH SIDE.
BY DOING SO, MODULE 3 SHALL BE ROTATED AT 90 ALONG ITS AXIS. ONCE MODULE 3 IS IN
A 90 POSITION, CRANES 1 & 2 SHALL SUPPORT COMPLETELY MODULE 3 WEIGHT. IT SHALL
NOT BE POSITIONED ON THE GROUND. IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THIS STEP, A THIRD CRANE
SHALL INTERVENE, IT SHALL LIFT THE LOWER SIDE OF THE MODULE, IN A WAY TO HAVE THE
OPEN SIDE OF MODULE 3 ON THE BOTTOM AND ITS CLOSED PART ON TOP.

1) ALL THREE MODULES SHALL BE ALIGNED & FIT BY TACK WELD TO EACH OTHER ALL
AROUND.
2) AFTER FINISHING THE TACK WELD & ALIGNMENT OF ALL PARTS, ALL MODULES SHALL BE
WELDED CONTINUOUSLY TO EACH OTHER. DURING WELDING PROCES, ERECTOR SHALL
CLARIFY THE WELDING SEQUENCE IN ORDER TO PREVENT DISTORTION.
3) ALL SS PLATES SHALL BE WELDED TO EACH OTHER BY BOTH SIDES & ALL BEAMS SHALL BE
FIT & WELDED CONTINUOUSLY TO EACH OTHER BY GUSSET PLATES.
4) 10/14 10/18 (SEE LEGEND) SHALL BE FIT & WELDED TO MODULE-A & C.

1) MODULE-C SHALL BE MOUNTED ON MODULE-B.

1) MODULE-C SHALL BE LIFTED UP & FRAME SHALL BE PULLED.

GUSSET PLATE

1) 7/14 7/1 SIDE WALL SHALL BE ERECTED ON THE MIDDLE SECTION & COMPLETELY
WELDED TO MIDDLE SECTION.
2) ALL SS PLATES SHALL BE WELDED TO EACH OTHER BY BOTH SIDES & ALL BEAMS SHALL
BE FIT & WELDED CONTINUOUSLY TO EACH OTHER BY GUSSET PLATES.
3) 10/14 10/12 & 10/14 10/13 SHALL BE TACK WELDED. AFTER ALIGNMENT, ALL PARTS
SHALL BE WELDED COMPLETELY.

1) 7/14 7/1 SIDE WALL SHALL BE ERECTED ON THE MIDDLE SECTION & COMPLETELY
WELDED TO MIDDLE SECTION.
2) ALL SS PLATES SHALL BE WELDED TO EACH OTHER BY BOTH SIDES & ALL BEAMS SHALL
BE FIT & WELDED CONTINUOUSLY TO EACH OTHER BY GUSSET PLATES.

1) ALL MIDDLE SECTION SPRAY RAMPS PIPES SHALL BE MOUNTED & TIGHTLY CONNECTED.
2) BEFORE LIFTING THE MIDDLE SECTION, DIMENSION OF FOUNDATION, ALIGNMENT OF
FOUNDATION, ANCHOR BOLT SIZES, CLEARENCE BETWEEN ANCHOR BOLTS & ANCHOR BOLT
PERPENDICULARITY TOLERANCES, ALSO FOUNDATION ELEVATION TOLERANCES SHALL BE
CHECKED. (WTL WILL ASK A CHECKING WITH REPORT ON THE CONCRETE PLATE & ANCHOR
BOLT INSTALLATION).

BY WTL).
2) ANCHOR CHAIR OF MANHOLE SIDE & NOZZLE SIDE SHALL BE FIT & WELDED TO MIDDLE SECTION
BY CONTINUOUS WELD.
3) ANCHOR CHAIR SHALL BE SHIMMED & FINALLY MIDDLE SECTION SHALL BE TURNED TO VERTICAL
POSITION & MIDDLE SECTION SHALL BE FIT ONTO FOUNDATION.
4) PITS FOR N6, N7 & N8 NOZZLES SHALL BE CHECKED IN FOUNDATION. FOR DETAILS PLEASE SEE
I-DE-9525.03-3216-550-WB7-016 NUMB. DWG. NOTE-23.
5) NOZZLE N5, N6 & N37 INTERFERE WITH ANCHOR CHAIR. THESE NOZZLES SHALL BE WELDED &
ADJUSTED AFTER SCRUBBER INSTALLATION ACC. TO ANCHOR CHAIR & CONCRETE BLOCK. GUSSET
OF ANCHOR CHAIR SHALL BE GROUNDED ACC. TO PIPE FACE.
6) 10/14 10/14 & 10/14 10/15 & 10/14 10/16 & 10/14 10/17 & 10/14 10/19 SHIMS SHALL BE
LOCATED UNDER ANCHOR CHAIR & ALIGNED BEFORE MIDDLE SECTION MOUNTED ON ANCHOR
BOLTS. (FOR SHIM LAYOUT & DETAILS, PLS SEE I-DE-9525.03-3216-550-WB7-016 NUMB. DWG.
7) AFTER MOUNTING THE MIDDLE SECTION ON FOUNDATION, 10/14 10/20 & 10/14 10/21 SHALL
BE WELDED & ALIGNED ACC. TO INLET & OUTLET SECTIONS.
8) 10/14 10/22 & 10/14 10/23 & 10/14 10/24 SHALL BE FIT & WELDED AFTER MOUNTING OF
MIDDLE SECTION.
