Objectivity in Grading
Definition: Grading with no bias. Students all
get the grade they deserve, using no favoritism.

Subjectivity in Grading
Definition: Grading based on opinion, teacher
could be using favoritism, or previous made
assumptions.

Norm-referenced Grading
Definition: Students grades are in relationship
to one another.

Criterion-referenced Grading
Definition: Students are graded on their
individual knowledge of the content.
