UPDATE
Mykiah Anderson, 18, of 206-C Martin Luther King Drive, Thomasville, and Jaylin SpearsJohnson, 19, of 1101 Cedrow Drive, High Point, have been taken into custody. Both Anderson
and Spears-Johnson turned themselves in at the police department at about 1:30 p.m.
Both have been charged with kidnapping and robbery with a dangerous weapon. They received
$75,000 secured bonds and were placed in the Davidson County Jail. Court date is set for
01/28/2015 in Thomasville.

Thomasville detectives have charged and arrested two individuals in connection with a
December 7th robbery that occurred in the 800 block of Martin Luther King Drive.
On Sunday, December 7, 2014, at 6:09 p.m., Thomasville officers were dispatched to the 800
block of Martin Luther King Drive in reference to an armed robbery. The victim, Rajast
Mouzon, told police he was walking to the store when a gold Honda Accord, occupied by three
males and one female, pulled up to him. Mouzon told officers one of the males pointed a
handgun at him and told him to get in the car. Once in the car, the suspects drove a short
distance and then robbed Mouzon of his cell phone and an undisclosed amount of cash. The
suspects then released Mouzon.
Mouzon was able to recognize the suspects which led to the arrests. Detectives arrested
Shaquetta Antoinette Thomas, 20, of 207-G Cloniger Drive, Thomasville and Solomon Tyrell
Wilson, 20, of 505 Culbreth Avenue, Thomasville. Both have been charged with kidnapping
and robbery with a dangerous weapon. Thomas received a $50,000 secured bond and Wilson
received a $100,000 secured bond. Both were placed in the Davidson County Jail.
Police are still searching for Mykiah Dewayne Anderson, 18, of 206-C Martin Luther King
Drive, Thomasville, and Jaylin Shavarious Spears-Johnson, 19, of 1101 Cedrow Drive, High
Point.
