Mini Paper #3
In this assignment, I will be modeling Elizabeth Barrett Browning's style of writing in
How Do I love Thee? (Sonnet 43).

How Do I Cherish You? (Sonnet 1)

Annabelle Rose Vought, 1994-Current

How do I cherish you, I'll start with reason one.

I cherish you to the sky, wide and up high
My soul will float, when my mind goes awry
For my body will flee in fitting unity.
I cherish you on the days that run
Short of time, by dim and hazy light.
I cherish you afar, while worry hits with smite.
I cherish you wholly, as plans come undone.
I cherish you with mighty fervor that
Once fueled my brooding thoughts, and kept me astray.

I cherish you with ardor , a soul once matte

With lack of sheen. I cherish you with the force,
Wonder, strain, found in my heart; to never fall flat,
I will cherish you evermore, our souls will not divorce.
