Nappanee St, Ellchart, Indiana) boy's locker room. ‘WB said that in the video James Iannarelli can be seen Placing the iPad in a locker. Approximately ten minutes later male students from West Side Middle School can be seen entering the locker room, changing clothes, and showering. On December 1, 2014, at approximately 6:45 p.m. Det. Privett # 305 interviewed sixteen year old @. (is 2 student at Memorial High School who is on the wrestling team. a: that when he got to the wrestling practice, other wrestlers told him that there was a video on James Iannarelli’ s iPad of naked kids in the shower at West Side Middle School. Along with other wrestlers, (§Jlooked at a video on the iPad. @iMsaid that the video showed wrestlers from West Side Middle School in the shower naked. On December 1, 2014, at approximately 7:15 p.m. Det. Privett spoke to Memorial High School Assistant Wrestling Coach, Darren Vance. Vance stated that one of the wrestlers notified him that there was an inappropriate video on James Iannarelli’s iPad. Vance looked at the video and saw James Iannarelli place his TPad in a locker. Vance said that he also saw naked kids showering in the video. James Iannarelli’s iPad was located in the wrestling room at Memorial High school where he was coaching wrestling. The iPad was secured by Cpl. Johnson # 379 and Ptlm. Gage # 420, until this affiant could obtain a search warrant for the iPad, On December 2, 2014, at approximately 12:57 a.m. I executed the search warrant on the iPad. An inspection of the iPad revealed a video. The video showed Iannarelli at West Side Middle School, putting the iPad in a locker which recorded three juvenile males who were identified as twelve (12) year old @§ thirteen (13) year oldand fourteen (14) year old fifnaked and in the shower. The juveniles’ penises can be seen in the video. The Juveniles did not know that they were being video recorded and did not give anyone permission to record them. On December 2, 2014 at approximately 2:16 a.m. I interviewed James Iannarelli. Under Miranda Iannarelli admitted to secretly video recording boys in the shower. Iannarelli said that he was video recording the boys for his sexual gratification, He said that he has been video recording the boys at West Side Middle School for the past four years. 1 showed James Iannarelli part of the video of him setting up the iPad to video the shower. He positively identified himself as the person in the video setting up the iPad. He gave me two of the boy's in the video names If who he believed was twelve, and MJ who he believed was thirteen or fourteen, He did not know the third boy's name. He also admitted to looking at child porn on his home computer. On December 3, 2014, 1 interviewed sixteen (16) year old QI) @MMsaid thay on December 1, 2014, he and other wrestlers saw a video of a showering juvenile on James Iannarell iPad. ‘stated that some of the wrestlers stated that the previous week they had seen a different video of kids showering, On December 3, 2014, I interviewed seventeen (17) rear old WIMP said that he saw two different videos of juvenile males showering on James Iannarelli’s iPad. On December 5, 2014, I interviewed seventeen (17) year old @lBvho reported that he saw a video on the iPad on ‘November 25, 2014 and a different video December 1, 2014. In both videos show juvenile males showering in the West Side Middle School locker room fistated that some of the kids showering were the same in both videos and some of the kids were different. On December 5, 2014, Det. Privett interviewed wrestling student (jj (@§ stated that during the week of Thanksgiving 2014, he was playing a game on James Iannarelli’s iPad and decided to look at a video which was on the iPad. The video showed juvenile males showering in the West Side Middle School locker room. On December 1, 2014 while attempting to show other wrestlers the video, he saw a second video of juvenile males showering. The second video was similar to the first video, but from a different angle. On December 8, 2014 at approximately 11:09 am. Det. Privett and I observed James lannarelli walking in the area of S. 2" St. and Lexington Ave. ‘As James Iannarelli was getting into his vehicle, I walked up to him and told him that he was under arrest. James Iannarelli was arrested and transported to the Elkhart Police Department, where he was booked without incident, 1 Det. J.
