    Sir,
    I beg most respectfully, to state that I am a student of North South University and my ID is
    1130182030, a regular student of your reputed university. My health condition was very poor
    because of jaundice thats why, I was unable to attend my classes as well as exams. For this
    reason I want to drop the semester, and I am also providing my all medical documents and
    certificate attached to it.
    May I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to grant me to drop semester
    and oblige me thereby.
