With this letter, Im here to complaint about the horrible service the other night with dinner with my daughter. Our visit to Pizza Hut was for my daughters 12th birthday and she wanted to go to eat there because thats her favorite pizza place. We walked through the door and there wasnt anyone there to greet us so we stood there for about 15 minutes. The servers just kept walking pasted us until we finally said, Hey, we been standing here for 15 minutes. Can we be seated? So the server finally sat us down than walked away without asking us what we wanted to drink. By that point I started to get really frustrated. About another ten minutes pasted, she came to ask for our drink order. I asked her how long its was going to take with our appetizer and food, she replied, About 15 minutes. So we went along and ordered, but of course our server came 45 minutes later with our food! To make things worse, our appetizer followed after the food and both were cold. At that point I had enough, I asked the server to come over and asked for the bill. Both my daughter and I food were untouched and she didnt even bother to ask us if we wanted a box. I paid the bill and we both left unsatisfied. My daughter was very disappointed and it was her birthday. I have a copy of our receipt stapled to this letter and all I ask for is a refund back to my account or check mailed to my address.
