Plans for Revision Interview Question Heuristic

Discuss your plans for revision of your interview questions.

Firstly, I intend to change the formatting in which the first question is
arranged. The question was, what motivated you to pursue a career in nursing?
Therefore, I will change it to Why did you choose nursing as a career? In order to
eradicate bias questions and words. In the same context, questions number 3, 4, and 5
are generated in a bias mode. So, the question number three How do you expect a
nurse to behave? will transform into How a nurse must behave? Then, the question
number four, How do you feel about the process about applying to the nursing
program? will change into How is the process to apply to the nursing program?
Finally, the question number five, What is the appropriated uniform nurses must
wear? will be converted into What uniforms do nurses must wear?
Furthermore, I will include two more question that might apply into my
secondary research questions. These are important to incorporate within the interview,
because the audience to which the research is intended to will probably possess
similar inquiries. The first question I will add to the interview is, How long have you
been involved in the nursing field? The primary reason to implement this question is
the possible relation between the experiences someone has in the field, in comparison
to the acceptance in the nursing program. The second question I am planning to
include is, How do you contribute to the nursing discourse community? This

question will ignite the thought of what the person has done, in order to gain
experience and his acceptance into the nursing program.
