    The minutes of the monthly staff meeting of the Common Wealth Rural Bank in Maddela, Quirino were recorded. Five staff members were in attendance including Jefferson D. Sambrano as Presiding Officer and Normelyn M. Corpuz as Presiding Secretary. Sambrano reiterated the need for cooperation among staff in bank operations and generating new loans and deposits. He also advised the security guard to be more vigilant in their duties and to keep the bank premises clean. As there was no further discussion, the meeting was adjourned at 09:15 a.m.

    The meeting was started 08:35 a.m. All were present. After a short prayer,
    presiding officer discussed the following concerns:
    He reiterated to make hand in hand into the whole bank operation, also mandated
    to the body to help the bank in generating new loans and deposits, He also advice the
    guard to be more vigilant to their post during day and night, and to maintain the
    cleanliness of the bank premises.
    There being no matters to discuss the meeting were adjourned at 09:15 a.m.
