Revision Cover Letter
I decided to edit my Summary 2 by first off changing the title from Locating
Literacy to Looking Glass of Literacy because I felt as though it was more
representative of the process that this paper is going through by evaluating exactly
what the literacy practices entail. I edited my introduction paragraph by inserting
the definition of literacy practices to ensure that even though the audience has read
the Literacy Practices that it is clear what we are talking about and focusing on.
Following my introduction I went through and edited my paragraphs to make my
paper more of a summary of what Barton and Hamilton state with my reflection on
it then it sounding like a paper Im writing with quotes here and there from Barton
and Hamilton. When I rewrote this I tried to pull from it what their argument is
trying to state rather than what the actually text is saying.
