    1. In light of the topics discussed in our class, study the case presented in the
    attached article entitled Jack Neift Trucking Company, then help the company
    executives by preparing a POS document that defines the following :
    a. The problem/opportunity for the case study
    b. The goal of the case study
    c. The possible objectives
    d. The success criteria
    e. The assumptions, possible risks and foreseen obstacles

    2. Prepare a WBS for project and decompose the activities down to the level where
    the six completion criteria are met for all of your lowest level activities.
