    TerraCycle label validation

    This letter is to validate that TerraCycle labels which are marked as prepaid meet UPS
    requirements and should be accepted at any UPS access point including UPS stores and
    drivers regardless of the weight and return address information on the label.
    Because of TerraCycles unique business UPS has agreed to accept labels that are
    heavier than the printed weight of one pound. The correct charge will be billed to
    TerraCycle based on UPS internal processes re-weigh, dimensional weight and billing
    adjustments.
    In addition, UPS does not require that any information in the ship from address on the
    label match the geographical specifics of where the package is being picked up or
    dropped. The correct charge will be billed to TerraCycle based on UPS driver pick-up
    scan.
    These service details have been approved by UPS and contracted with TerraCycle.
