All teams can have maximum of four members.


All members should be from the same institute.
The complete event consists of two rounds:
Round One (Elimination Round):
1) A case study analysis round.
2) All registered need to submit a crisp analysis of the case given with solutions to the
questions in the case study.
3) Top ten teams selected based on their submissions for the final round to be held at
XLRI campus.

Round Two (Conducted on campus)


1) It also consists of two sections.
2) Section 1: Devising a strategy for the setup of a new plant including layout of the
plant for a given industry product.
3) Section 2: Developing an effective supply chain network to target the customers.
4) Teams can divide themselves and can work on individual sections.
5) Teams should come out with a ready to implement strategy within the stipulated
time.

Requirements:

A Case study to test the analytical ability of the participants.


Analyzing the case by the conducting team so as to address the queries of the
participants.
Faculty to judge the event.
Rooms with basic facilities including projector during Ensemble to conduct the
event.

Rs. 1,00,000/- towards travelling costs.

All the solutions for both rounds will be subjective in nature. It requires rigorous
qualitative analysis of the solutions to quantify them.
