Log into LMS

Go to project by clicking on the project tab on the left hand side.
Select the current semester project.
Three categories will appear under project Assignment.
Job Description
Mid Term
Final
CPTReportrequirements

Student Name:
Student ID:
Department:
Internship / Project Title:
Internship/Projectprogress

JOB Description Submit Procedure

1. Click the Submit under link Job Description.
2. Enter your job title under job description.
3. Click browse then choose the files you want to upload
4. Click Open once youve selected your file
5. Click submit report button.
Mid Term Submit Procedure
Note: The midterm report should be at least 2 page report.
1. Click the Submit under link Mid Term
2. Click browse then choose the files you want to upload
3. Click Open once youve selected your file
4. Click submit report button.
Final Report And Evaluation Letter Submit Procedure
Note: The Final report should be at least 3 page report and the evaluation
letter must be signed by the employer.
1. Click the Submit under link Job Description.
2. Click browse then choose the files you want to upload
3. Click Open once youve selected your file
5. Click on add attachment and repeat step 2 and 3.
6. Click submit report button.

Once the due date is past due you will not be able to submit the
cpt report and evaluation letter.
No Due Date Extension.
If you dont submit your report and evaluation letter. You will
receive a no pass (NP).
