Is Saturday, October 18, 2014 and is a great opportunity to
volunteer and get an All-Campus Convocation. The Lane Center, which hosts WOW-A-Day, has gone through some changes to make it more accessible to the students. One of those changes includes the selection of Ms. Jill Amos as the new Director of the Lane Center for Service and Leadership, formerly the Lane Center for Community Engagement and Service. Ms. Amos is a 1987 graduate of Wesleyan College with majors in psychology, social services, and religious studies. The other change is that the Lane Center is now located on the ground floor of OSP, in the former Print Shop, and you can find Ms. Amos in her office located around the corner. A round of applause to the Lane Center Student Leadership Team comprised of TJ Ridley, Shelby Rivers, and Brooke Bosley, whose leadership skills kept the Lane Center running during the period of transition, with the support of volunteers, tutors, and Servant Leaders.
