discusses the communist regime in Vietnam. Written by the U.S state department it is very bias
against the communist and depicts them as ruthless. It goes on to say how violent the fighting has
become and how This report is a summary of the massive evidence of North Vietnamese
aggression obtained by the Government of South Vietnam (ebscohost.com). The bulletin goes
on to say how they are a threat to peace and that the people of South Vietnam have chosen to
fight back. It also tries to explain the United States involvement and how they arent they threat.
